You must not use this website in any manner which could damage, disable, overload, or make unauthorised modifications.
Elite Racing Membership
Elite Racing memberships are a legally binding contract for the agreed period and cannot be stopped mid-term for a refund or cessation of monthly instalments. Elite Racing membership secures access to Elite Ratings ratings, recommendations, information and data which may be changed or withdrawn at any time at the decision of Elite Racing Data Pty Ltd.
All information, text, material, graphics, software and advertisements on this site (including page content where applicable) contained within the site are copyright. The content is protected by Australian and International Copyright Laws. All brands, images, trademarks and names are copyright of their respective owners.
The content presented on this site may not under any circumstances be distributed in any way including, but not limited to modifying, copying, reproducing, framing, uploading to a third party, posted, mailed, transmitted or distributed in any form. Elite Racing reserves the right to change betting strategies and the content and delivery of betting information on raceday messages including any other alteration or change that is from time to time deemed necessary and in the best interests of the member. Elite Racing reserves the right to suspend or stop any membership contract for any reason at any time.

Any monetary investment based on information and/or services displayed on the Elite Racing website or in transmitted messages is at the sole discretion of the purchaser or investor. Any information provided before the 11.00am raceday deadline could be edited before that deadline. Past performance is no guarantee of future results. The staff responsible for compiling any of the information in respect to the membership packages could vary at times or change permanently and this in no way entitles you to have any portion of your membership payment refunded or otherwise changed. The Corporation makes no guarantee of availability of the website, sms or email services and accepts no responsibility for interrupted service of any kind or for failure to provide information and/or selections from any of our services for any reason including but not limited to; website unavailability, the free SMS transmissions not being delivered or ceased, interrupted internet access, emails not being delivered on time. We reserve the right to discontinue services or revoke your access to information and/or selections.
Retention Of Ownership
The Corporation retains ownership of the content contained on the Elite Racing website and gives the user non-exclusive license to access the content provided by any of our services to the user for personal use only. All information contained on this site must not be reproduced, copied, distributed in whole or part without the express permission of The Corporation. All materials and contents contained within the Elite Racing website remains the property of The Corporation and may be the subject of Copyright with All rights reserved. All trademarks, brands, images and names appearing on this site are the intellectual property of their respective owners.

The Corporation does not control, endorse, regulate nor accept any responsibility or liability for the content of any other websites or actions of people mentioned on the website or newsletter, including without limitation any link contained in a linked site, or any changes or updates to a linked site. Pay As You Go –Monthly Subscription Contract (min six months)
(If the Pay by the month membership option is chosen)
Elite Professional Package Paygo Authority: (MasterCard and Visa only): Please enrol me today as an Elite Racing Professional member in accordance with the following legally binding authority: I hereby authorise Elite Racing Data Pty Ltd to deduct from the credit card (details above) a deposit as selected on your initial order (inc GST) immediately and then monthly deductions of the same amount on each of the following 5 months. Please continue my membership on a perpetual monthly basis after the initial deposit and five monthly instalments by continuing to deduct the same monthly instalments. After the deposit plus 5 monthly instalments are paid, this authority may be cancelled by 14 days’ notice in writing to Racing Data Pty Ltd. I agree that by taking out this Pay-By-Instalments option, I have read the terms and conditions and refund policy and I am legally bound to pay Elite Racing Data Pty Ltd the deposit and all monthly payments as above. I agree to keep Elite Racing Data Pty Ltd provided with current credit card details for the term of the contract.
* If a recurring payment other than monthly is selected, then it will be renewed for the same period at the end of the first term. The membership period after the initial payment period may be cancelled by 14 days’ notice in writing to Racing Data Pty Ltd. Example: If you decide to take out a 12-month membership, it will automatically renew each twelve months until we are advised otherwise.
Refund Policy
Elite Racing memberships are a legally binding contract for the agreed period and cannot be stopped mid-term for a refund or cessation of monthly instalments. Recommendations and information and data based on Elite Ratings in any form can and may be changed or withdrawn at any time at the decision of Elite Racing Data Pty Ltd.
Although Elite’s selections and methods provide the best chance of winning at racing, Elite membership is not guaranteed or performance based. Valuable intellectual property of Elite Racing is passed on to members upon joining and any consideration of a refund or cessation of monthly payments would only be in the most extreme personal cases and is at the sole discretion of Elite Racing. Any shortened term of contract agreed to by Elite Racing will immediately bring into effect the retrospective cost of $99.00 per week per membership for the total period of membership already supplied.
Results
Elite Racing provide detailed results and analysis. Where possible the results are “as-listed” at the time and are so noted. Some results are produced by the algorithm that is current at the time of listing that is applied to past race-morning data that has never been changed. The current algorithm results are intended to show past performance so that members can plan ahead with up to date information. Past results are provided as a guide as to what can reasonably be be expected in the future however no two periods are replicated exactly in real time. Future results could be better or worse.
Platinum Profit Guarantee
Elite Racing’s profit guarantee applies to new Platinum memberships starting after May 11th 2025.
Follow our Elite Combo bets as directed for 12 consecutive months—if your profit doesn’t at any stage reach at least the cost of an annual Platinum membership, we’ll give you another 12 months absolutely free. A Platinum annual membership costs $1,920.
The Elite Combo profit is calculated assuming continuous application of a $10k bank to all Elite Combo bets of 0.5% and higher (ie bets listed at $50+ per $10,000 bank) as delivered on race morning. Official Top-Fluctuation is used to calculate returns.
If the $10,000 bank does at any stage reach $11,920, the profit guarantee is fulfilled.
Essentially, Elite Racing are guaranteeing that an Elite Combo $10k bank will achieve appreciation of at least 19.2% at some time during your first twelve months. An Elite Combo as-listed spreadsheet is maintained by Elite Racing and kept up to date and available during your membership.
